Avoiding A Lawsuit: Permission to Use Music

I remember how gruelling the process of finding music was for our preliminary (we used the same audio this time 'round too). We changed keywords of our searches tens of times, waiting to get to a YouTube video what would bring us music that just "felt right" - a quest we took upon ourselves stuck in the car in traffic on our way from Old Lahore back to my house. We then came across this hour-long track which began with instruments like the Sitar, which we fell in love with immediately. We screamed and shouted as soon as we realized this was the one, and now it's officially time to ask the artists of said music for permission to use it - I got their email off the video's description.
